- Develop, customize and maintain Zoho applications including Zoho Books, Zoho CRM and Zoho People.
- Design and implement automated workflows using Deluge scripting to improve efficiency.
- Integrate Zoho modules with third-party applications and internal systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional Zoho solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Zoho implementations.
