About the Team


We are Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions, we are currently expanding our production team across China and looking for new colleagues who will join our team in Shanghai.

What you can look forward to as a Production System Engineer:

  • Act as ZF Production System / Lean expert and foster knowledge transfer/best practice sharing to all functions in the Plant

  • Support ZF PS Lead in Plant in implementation of ZF Production System strategy.

  • Support ZF PS Lead in plant in his qualification and complex/Advanced Method ZF PS workshops/projects for transformation towards Operational Excellence.

  • Foster continuous know-how transfer and build-up of Lean expertise, lead the systematic observation through the entire Plant organization promoting the problem-solving methods to achieve the Plant targets
