Job Description
Elevate your expertise as a Grant Writer for the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ Government. This central services role involves grant development, proposal writing, and stewardship support across all departments, focusing on Indigenous priorities.
As a key player within the Executive & Administration department, you will identify funding opportunities aligned with Nation priorities and prepare high-quality proposals. You will manage timelines while supporting Directors in tracking funder commitments and reporting obligations to ensure the initiatives respect Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ self-government and traditional knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop compelling funding applications aligned with community priorities
• Identify and track funding opportunities for all departments
• Draft and edit grant applications and letters of intent
• Maintain a centralized grant tracker for proposal stages
• Support proposal development meetings with strategic inputs
