Overview
Full-time, permanent position based in Ashburton. We are establishing a new youth pathways programme and strengthening our youth development capability.
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive professional to join the Y Ashburton team. In this role, you’ll build meaningful one‑on‑one relationships with taiohi, support their personal growth, wellbeing, and aspirations, and deliver engaging group programmes that spark creativity, build resilience, and foster belonging.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with young people and their whānau, supporting personal growth and wellbeing.
- Design and deliver group programmes that foster creativity, resilience and belonging.
