Horizon House Warrnambool is seeking a compassionate and committed Youth Worker to join our team in a permanent part-time position (38 hours per fortnight). This role operates on a rotating roster that includes sleepover and weekend shifts.
As a Youth Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to young people in a residential care setting, helping them develop essential life skills, achieve personal goals, and engage positively with their community. Working closely with a dedicated team, you will contribute to a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where young people feel valued, respected, and supported to reach their full potential.
