Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise students undergoing detention, in-school suspension, and restorative programmes.
- Conduct student check-ins, reflection sessions, and interviews.
- Facilitate small-group activities to support students' social-emotional development.
- Support programmes focusing on behaviour management, peer relationships, stress management, and self-esteem.
- Collaborate with school staff to support students requiring additional intervention.
- Communicate with parents and liaise with community agencies when required.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with after-school intervention, enrichment, and student support programmes.
- Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education, Youth Work, or related disciplines preferred.
