Job Description
Working Hour
- Mondays to Fridays: 08:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with assigned students.
- Provide a safe, non-judgmental space for students to share concerns.
- Teach practical coping strategies (e.g., calming techniques, seeking help).
- Conduct home visits in pairs to strengthen family engagement.
- Offer culturally responsive support.
- Support restorative conversations and help students prepare for restorative meetings.
- Follow up after restorative processes.
- Support reintegration for students returning from suspension.
- Co-facilitate small group sessions on social skills, emotional regulation, and peer relationships.
- Support programmes that build identity and school connection.
- Work with School Counsellors, Year Heads, and Form Teachers.
