Job Introduction
At Turning Point, we support people across The UK with Mental Health, Substance Misuse and Learning Disabilities. As a Youth Support Worker, you will ensure that young people living in Turning Pointβs supported accommodation are supported to thrive and reach their full potential in a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment, increasing their independency to create a positive move on into the community.
As a Youth Support Worker, you will join The Lancashire Young People supported accommodation services that supports 18 young people at our service in Leyland, The Mill.
Role Responsibility
You will be supporting Young People to manage their finances, gain independent living skills, promote health, wellbeing and healthy lifestyle choices as well as supporting them to maximise their involvement in local training, education, and employment opportunities. Β
