- Provide regular mentoring and counselling support to identified students.
- Build positive relationships and support students' holistic development.
- Plan and conduct intervention programmes tailored to students' individual needs.
- Conduct home visits where required as part of student support.
- Observe students' needs and report concerns to the Student Management Team and School Leaders.
- Attend case review and case management meetings to provide updates on students' progress.
- Work collaboratively with the Student Management Team and Student Development teams.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to the school's code of conduct and expectations throughout all school engagements.
- Preferably possess a tertiary qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
