Job Description
- Facilitate youth peer social groups for individuals aged 18–30, focused on supporting mental wellbeing
- Use lived experience of mental health and/or addiction to provide authentic peer support
- Apply peer support principles in group facilitation (training provided)
- Represent the youth demographic served and foster a safe, inclusive environment
- Lead scheduled group sessions (Mondays, Fridays, and fortnightly Thursdays), with flexibility for changes
- Participate in occasional special events, including evenings and weekends
- Attend monthly supervision sessions and team meetings.
