Job Description
Embark on a vital role as a Youth and Family Support Practitioner, where you'll support young individuals and ensure their well-being in a structured environment. This position offers a mix of youth engagement and essential administrative responsibilities.
Working 32 hours per week, Friday to Monday from 7 AM to 3 PM, you will implement treatment plans while helping with daily household tasks and minor maintenance. Strong relationship-building and organizational skills are key, alongside your ability to work independently and address challenging situations. Experience in trauma-informed practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
