1.教育訓練: 新商品及銷售技巧訓練, 舉辦說明會。
2.行政協助: 協助銷售人員處理新契約照會, 保全事務, 保險各項規範說明及宣導 。
3.業務輔導: 各項專案的運作及推動, 商品行銷話術演練, 行銷人員的輔導與激勵。
