Attention all education professionals!
Prospero Teaching is currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Year 9 SEMH Tutor to provide 1:1 tuition for a Year 9 student in Poole.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support a young person with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs who is currently being educated outside of a mainstream school setting. Tuition will take place in the student's home, where you will deliver engaging, personalised sessions that help rebuild confidence, develop positive learning behaviours, and support academic progress.
The successful tutor will be able to build a strong, trusting relationship with the student and adapt their teaching style to meet individual needs. Sessions will focus primarily on English, Maths, Functional Skills, and Personal Development, with an emphasis on engagement and fostering a positive learning experience.
