Job Description
Supervise and carry out the loading and unloading of PERI materials in accordance with PERI standards, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with customer deadlines.
Manage material maintenance efficiently to ensure material availability and keep repair stock at a low level.
Ensure the quality of the branch's rental fleet by applying PERI maintenance standards.
Ensure the proper development and supervision of personnel.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Guarantee a suitable working environment and the availability of standard tools and equipment.
Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
Lead teams and ensure the appropriate allocation of personnel and tasks, as well as the proper sizing of resources, including subcontracted labor when required.
Load and unload deliveries and returns accurately and on schedule, in line with time-slot management, capacity planning, and current safety regulations.
