Our client in the logistics and automotive transport industry is looking to employ a Yard Manager – Port Operations to join their team based in Port Elizabeth.

Purpose of the Role

To manage and control all yard operations, vehicle movements, and storage activities, ensuring accurate inventory control, compliance with operational standards, and efficient coordination between depot and port operations.

Requirements

• Matric
• Valid drivers license
• 3‑6 years’ experience in yard management or logistics / transport operations
• Strong understanding of vehicle movement control and yard coordination
• Experience in inventory management and stock control
• Exposure to port operations or automotive logistics – advantageous
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• High attention to detail and organisational ability
