Job Description
1. 统筹协调宴会厅日常服务运营，合理安排服务人员班次与岗位分工，确保各环节服务流畅、高效。
2. 主持宴会前筹备会议，检查场地布置、设备设施、物料准备及服务标准落实情况，及时整改问题。
3. 现场督导中大型宴会（含婚宴、商务宴请、庆典活动等）全流程服务执行，处理突发状况，保障客户体验与服务品质。
4. 对一线服务员开展日常带教、实操指导与服务标准考核，协助人力资源部门组织岗位技能培训与服务案例复盘。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、餐饮服务等相关专业优先。
2. 具备2年及以上高星级酒店或中高端餐饮企业宴会/餐饮服务一线工作经验，其中至少1年担任服务组长或带班角色。
3. 熟悉宴会服务全流程标准（含迎宾、席间服务、酒水服务、收尾整理等），掌握中西餐礼仪及常见宴会类型服务要点。
4. 具备良好的现场协调能力、应变能力及团队管理意识，能独立应对客流高峰及临时调整需求。
