About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven XP Workshop Supervisor to join JCB Heavy Products. Reporting to the Operations Manager. You will lead the XP Workshop team, playing a key role in supporting product development activities and ensuring engineering priorities are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
The XP (Experimental) workshop is where new and exciting products are brought to life. JCB is highly focused on introducing and developing new products and of course innovation. As the Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating workshop operations, managing resources and workload, developing a high-performing team, and providing support to key stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Development, Manufacturing and Production.
