Job Description

1. 负责销售订单的录入、跟进与状态更新,确保订单信息准确、及时传递至相关部门;
2. 协调销售、仓储、物流及财务等环节,推动订单高效履约,及时识别并反馈执行过程中的异常情况;
3. 整理销售数据、客户信息及合同文档,定期输出销售支持类报表,协助销售团队开展客户维护与业务复盘;
4. 接收并初步处理客户咨询与售后需求,按流程转交至对应责任部门,跟踪闭环进度;
5. 协助销售团队完成投标资料准备、合同用印申请、开票信息核对等日常行政支持工作。

1. 大专及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、电子商务、物流管理或相关专业优先;
2. 具备1年及以上销售支持、客户服务、商务助理或订单协调类岗位工作经验,熟悉企业销售流程及常用办公系统;
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、细致严谨的工作习惯和较强的责任意识,能同时处理多项任务并保障时效性;
4. 熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件,具备基础的数据整理与报表制作能力;
5. 具备一定抗压能力,适应快节奏协作环境,愿意在销售支持岗位持续积累并成长。
