**Introduction**
**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Platforms & Tooling Lead, you will be responsible for defining, proposing, implementing, managing, optimizing, and evolving the technology platforms that support partner and select segment (i.e. Select Territory & Select Horizon) engagement, operational execution, and business growth.
You will drive AI innovation through integration, automation, and process improvements across multiple systems while ensuring platform stability and business alignment. Additionally, you will ensure the right tools are in place, integrated, adopted, and delivering value.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Manage platforms and tools to build 360 partnership view of Expert Labs Ecosystem Partners
* Align, implement, and manage AI productivity tools, partner portal / tool integration, Fieldglass, Sirion, Conga, Partner Asset Mgmt, Ariba, etc.
* Support integrations between business systems.
