Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the Workplace and Health Officer in all WSH-related matters and reporting.
- Identify unsafe practices and conditions through daily work-site inspections.
- Conduct safety briefings to workers on site daily.
- Assist incident investigation processes.
- Monitor risk assessments.
- Maintain and file proper records of all inspections and investigation materials.
- Advise on work plans, risk assessments and safe work procedures on site.
- Involve in creating, maintaining and communicating safety-related policies and procedures, and ensuring they are followed.
- Frequently perform safety inspections at job sites to observe working conditions, equipment and employee behaviors to identify safety problems and take corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with all safety-related regulatory requirements, including OSHA standards.
