Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Represent the Client on all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) matters.
- Monitor contractors' compliance with the WSH Act, subsidiary legislation, and project safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and report findings.
- Follow up on rectification of unsafe conditions and unsafe work practices.
- Verify that corrective actions have been effectively implemented.
- Review contractors' Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Method Statements, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) documents where required.
- Monitor the implementation of approved safety documents on site.
- Maintain records of inspections, observations, and safety reports.
- Monitor incidents, dangerous occurrences, and near misses reported by contractors.
