Position Title

Wound Closure & Biosurgery Platform Lead – MEA

Purpose

Leads the Surgery Middle East Franchise Platform organization for Wound Closure and Biosurgery strategies in close partnership with the Surgery Marketing & Strategy Director as well as Geography Surgery leaders across the Middle East to drive differentiated and sustainable growth. Develops different business models, aligned with EMEA regional strategies, that hold local relevance to ensure success with a focus on critical strategic priorities to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of Wound Closure and Biosurgery platform strategies and drive planning and execution of these strategies
• Transposes regional strategies and insights to ensure consistent implementation across Middle East, yet tailored to the different geographies of the diverse ME sub-cluster for Ethicon Wound Closure, Hernia and Biosurgery
