Join S.R.T. MedStaff as a Wound Care Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse. Deliver holistic nursing care in the Greater Toronto Area while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive pay.
As part of S.R.T. MedStaff's Community Visiting Nursing Program, you will provide safe and effective nursing care to patients across various locations. We are looking for an experienced RN or RPN who is Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Certified in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Emphasize patient advocacy and safety while collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate care plans in collaboration with patients and families
• Administer nursing care per the established plan
• Evaluate and adjust treatment plans as necessary
