The Role

Work closely with teaching staff and learners to ensure a safe, effective, and organised workshop environment. Play a vital part in supporting the next generation of tradespeople through demonstrations, instruction, and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement health and safety measures within the workshop, ensuring full compliance.
• Prepare and maintain equipment, tools, and materials for lessons and demonstrations.
• Set up rigs and training areas under the guidance of lecturers.
• Assist with practical assessments, student observations, and technical demonstrations.
• Manage stock levels, place orders, and maintain accurate inventories.
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure all facilities remain in excellent condition.
