We're looking for an experienced and decisive Workshop Team Leader to lead our evening shift operations in Christchurch, New Zealand. In this role, you will oversee daily workshop activities, manage team performance, and ensure operational excellence during evening hours. You will collaborate closely with our other team leader, workshop supervisor and maintenance scheduler to maintain seamless operations across shifts and drive continuous improvement.
