We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Team Leader with a strong mechanical background to support our Workshop Supervisor and lead a motivated crew toward excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Performance.
What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire your team to meet production and quality targets.
Plan and allocate work across product groups, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
Support workshop operations — from managing tooling, daily timesheets, maintenance to checking job packs and dispatch readiness.
Manage maintenance plans, and action all tooling requirements of the team as required
