Overview
We are looking for a skilled maintenance supervisor for tasks related to boat maintenance, repair, and installation at our locations in Hanko and Tammisaari.
Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance team
- Create schedules and plan work tasks
- Actively participate in maintenance work
- Ensure the quality of maintenance tasks
- Order spare parts
- Solve problems
- Develop maintenance and installation processes together with management
Qualifications
- Experience in the boating industry
- Basic knowledge of various boat maintenance and installation tasks
- Ability to lead a small team
- Organize multiple projects efficiently within scheduled timelines
