Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the workshop and ensure efficiency in processes.
- Manage a team of technicians and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of materials.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols in the workshop environment.
- Develop and oversee training programs for workshop staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Prepare and manage workshop budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control effectively.
