Workshop Manager (Mineral Processing Equipment Manufacturing)

About the role You'll take full responsibility for day-to-day workshop operations across a large-scale, ISO 9001-certified fabrication facility with overhead crane capacity up to 30 tons. You'll manage production schedules, quality standards, and a skilled team of fabricators, fitters, machinists and welders, ensuring equipment is built, assembled and tested in-house to spec and on time.
