Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the workshop team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations
- Plan, schedule and monitor all repair activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Optimize workflow by effectively allocating workshop resources, including manpower, tools and equipment
