Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Supervisor / Workshop Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operation of a busy commercial vehicle maintenance facility managing a fleet of approximately 200 vehicles.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a solid HGV technician background and an International CPC qualification to take ownership of workshop performance, customer relationships, compliance standards, and team development.
You will be responsible for leading a team of up to 8 staff while ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the workshop and fleet maintenance activities.
