The Role

To lead and manage all workshop personnel and operations, ensuring the workshop runs safely, efficiently and in compliance with HSE and company standards. To plan, prioritise and deliver workshop and maintenance activities to meet project schedules, quality requirements and budget targets while overseeing asset management, workshop resources and fleet and logistics coordination across the base.

Responsibilities

• Workshop Leadership – Lead and manage all workshop personnel, including coaching, performance management, training and workforce planning; coordinate training and professional development and assist in managing staff schedules and task assignments.
• HSE – Ensure the workshop operates safely, efficiently and in compliance with all HSE and company standards, with strict adherence to safety standards and protocols within the workshop environment.
