Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS Red Seal or MerSETA Qualified Diesel Mechanic or Forklift Technician (with strong hydraulic and electrical/battery experience) 3 to 5 years of post-trade experience, with previous supervisory or foreman experience KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise, mentor and allocate daily tasks to a team of Diesel Mechanics, Technicians and Apprentices Conduct performance appraisals, identify skills gaps and coordinate in-house technical training
