Job Description
Responsible for performing service activities on Baxter products within the workshop, ensuring all internal and external contractual obligations are met, and consistently adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). The role also requires maintaining full compliance with Baxter’s quality processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑standard operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Establish and maintain communication & partnership with customers, team members and business contacts
- Install, service and maintain products, and manage product complaints within KPI timeframe
- Ensure all activities are performed following the available instructions and information within the quality system framework
- Report all relevant service activity to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system
- Comply with Quality Management System requirements
- Adhere to the Health and Safety policy at all times
