Job Summary

Oversee workshop operations by allocating vehicles, coordinating departments, and ensuring timely job completion with quality control. Collaborate with customer service and purchasing teams to meet customer expectations and manage warranty claims effectively.

Responsibilities

• Allocate vehicles efficiently to respective departments to optimize workflow
• Minimize vehicle idle time to enhance operational productivity
• Coordinate and manage operations across various departments with supervisors to ensure smooth processes
• Conduct daily operational briefings to align team objectives and priorities
• Report operational status and issues to the Operation Manager and General Manager
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure jobs are completed on time with quality control standards
