Job Description
Commercial Workshop Controller Vacancy in Kidderminster
Salary: £45,000 basic | OTE £52,000 Hours: 07:00 – 16:30; Monday to Friday + Saturday rota. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing the flow of work through the workshop, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to manufacturer and company standards. You will oversee Technician productivity, maintain high quality levels, and ensure the workshop operates profitably while delivering excellent customer service.
You will play a vital responsibility in supporting, developing, and motivating the workshop team while maintaining compliance with all company and industry regulations.
