Job Summary
Handle customer enquiries and appointments promptly via phone, email, or messaging. Support customers by addressing their requests and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth workshop operations. Job Description:
- Handles enquiries or appointments promptly through phone, email or message
- Assists with customers' requests
- Perform admin duties including data entry, filing and achieving, basic accounting, book-keeping, receipt management
- Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least O' Level graduate or similar education level.
- At least 2 Years(s) of experience in car workshop administrations and/or in the related field is required for this position preferably.
- Knowledgeable insurance claim procedures will be preferable.
