Works Delivery Manager – South Essex
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + benefits

A leading infrastructure services provider is seeking an experienced Works Delivery Manager to join their team delivering a key maintenance contract across multiple railway stations throughout South Essex.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled manager with experience in rail, civils, building fabric, facilities management or infrastructure maintenance to take ownership of reactive and planned preventative maintenance activities.
The Role:
As Works Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of reactive and PPM works across a portfolio of 26 stations. You will manage operational teams, subcontractors, resources and client expectations to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual KPIs.
