Description We are looking for a Workplace Specialist to join a contract assignment supporting a workplace transformation pilot in California. In this role, you will closely observe how employees engage with newly designed office environments and capture meaningful qualitative insights that inform future workplace planning. This position is ideal for someone who is highly attentive, curious about human behavior, and comfortable documenting patterns in how people move, collaborate, and respond to different workspace conditions.
