About the Role
Our client is seeking a Workplace Services Professional to support the day-to-day operations of its Toronto office. Working closely with the Workplace Services Manager, Workflow Coordinator, Receptionist, and other service delivery teams, this role helps ensure the workplace remains organized, welcoming, safe, and fully operational.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. This position provides a combination of workplace services, facilities support, office maintenance, and reception/mailroom coverage as needed.

Workplace Operations
● Collaborate with the Workplace Services team to support daily office operations
● Conduct scheduled workplace walkthroughs throughout the day to inspect:
○ Workstations

○ Kitchens
