Job Description
FocusKPI is seeking a Workplace Program Manager to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.
Work Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite role, 5 days/week onsite)
Duration: 5- to 6-month contract
Pay Range: $80 - 95/hr
Responsibilities:
+ Create and disseminate information and tools to support operations teams in facilities management.
+ Serve as a liaison between operations teams, building management personnel, and third-party vendors to support ongoing building maintenance.
+ Provide real-time customer service to teams in order to maintain operational efficiency across the network.
+ Coordinate planned and preventative maintenance programs on a rotating basis.
+ Provide recommendations for improvements in systems and processes. • Assist the Facilities Team with tactical planning for the facilities team's goals and objectives.
