Our financial services client is looking for Workplace Experience Coordinator for their offices in Seattle, WA. This position is 100% onsite in downtown Seattle on 8th Ave.
The Workplace Experience team creates exceptional in-office experiences that enable employees to do their best work while fostering collaboration, connection, and culture. As the face of the office, you'll help ensure employees and visitors feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success. In this role, you will own the onsite coordination and execution of large-scale team offsites, technical events, and codeathons hosted in Seattle. You'll manage the operational details that bring these events to life while partnering with Workplace Experience, Executive Assistants, Facilities, IT, Security, and external vendors to deliver seamless experiences.
