Job Description

Workplace: Remoto

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles;
  • Experience in Windows operating systems administration;
  • Proficiency in Android and iOS operating systems administration;
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud Device Management, including M365, AWS, among others;
  • Experience in deployment of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems;
  • Good knowledge of MDT and Intune;
  • Knowledge of M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Office), Windows 10/11, macOS, and JAMF;
  • Fluency in English and Spanish;
  • Proactive mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
