The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming environment, including oversight of meeting rooms, hospitality services, and cleaning operations. Regular interaction with client employees and visitors means customer service is central to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the client-dedicated floor
  • Ensure meeting rooms are well-maintained, fully equipped, and AV systems are regularly checked
  • Oversee hospitality services, ensuring refreshments are consistently stocked and available
  • Order and manage stock levels for hospitality and cleaning supplies
  • Supervise two cleaning operatives to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Ensure COSHH compliance and that all risk assessments are completed and up to date
