Full-time Librarians, Curators, and Archivists

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Uphold AUM’s mission and build community within the classroom.· Offer student perspectives in discussions and encourage reflection.· Lead engaging activities like group work, guest speakers, and study sessions.· Help students with assignments and academic success.· Attend all assigned classes and meet with the professor weekly.· Hold weekly office hours in the Library Tower (or virtually for online courses).· Coordinate and attend AUM events with students.· Connect students with campus resources and services.· Model appropriate behavior and maintain confidentiality (FERPA, Title IX).· Keep communication open with professors and complete interaction logs.· Clock in/out and report any time discrepancies to the department.· Complete assessments or surveys as needed.· Complete training and attend all scheduled meetings.
