Summary You will serve as a Workforce Training and Development Specialist in the Office of the Chief of Information of CHINFO WASHINGTON DC. Responsibilities You will evaluate career program structures, the composition of functional specialties, and the effectiveness of career management at all command levels. You will review and manage portfolio of training, education, and professional development activities to ensure balance and provide broadening of Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors. You will manage the recruitment, nomination, and selection of personnel for attendance in training programs.
