As a Workforce Development Assistant, you will support the delivery of learning and development activities across Children’s Services. Working within the Learning and Development Academy, you will help organise training programmes, monitor training compliance, support workforce events, and maintain the systems and processes that underpin workforce development. You will also support quality‑assurance activities by helping to gather and record evidence of how learning is improving practice.
