Northumberland Ferries Limited is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager to enhance operational readiness at our Charlottetown office. This full-time, permanent role focuses on strategic workforce management and compliance.
In this managerial position, you will collaborate with diverse operational teams to ensure efficient workforce planning and scheduling across both Northumberland Ferries and Bay Ferries. You will report to the Director, People & Culture while leading initiatives that support staffing adequacy and training compliance for essential marine services.
