Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workforce Management (WFM) Executive to support operational efficiency through effective scheduling, forecasting, and real-time monitoring. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring optimal staffing levels and meeting service level targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor real-time operations and ensure service levels are consistently met
Manage schedules, staffing plans, and adjustments based on business needs
Analyze historical data to support forecasting and capacity planning
Identify and address staffing gaps, shrinkage, and attendance issues
Generate and interpret WFM reports and performance metrics
Coordinate with operations and team leads for workforce optimization
Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
College graduate (required)
