The Workforce Management Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for timekeeping, attendance tracking, and scheduling across U.S. and Canadian operations, with a primary focus on UKG and related payroll systems. In this role, you will support and optimize workforce management solutions, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and provide data-driven insights that improve labor forecasting, scheduling strategy, and overall workforce efficiency.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG Workforce Management timekeeping, attendance tracking, and scheduling across U.S. and Canadian operations, with eventual responsibility for labor forecasting and analytics.
+ Work closely with business operations, IT, HR, and external system vendors to support existing workforce, time and attendance, and scheduling systems, and to optimize solutions through process improvements, system enhancements...
